The office and staff were quick and efficient. The Dr was confident in his assessment and directions given for the visit. The parking however is notorious. There was no parking and you go round and round looking for a place to park because the street is full with cars parking out there and then you have a problem exiting because it’s narrowed to one lane.

Super impressed with Dr. Smith and all staff. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Smith took his time to explain everything to me, in detail, which is not typical. Most doctors dive right into what is wrong, never taking the time to explain and educate what is right from scans.
Dr. Smith took his time to show what was right, educate me on various areas of my knee, what he looks for in an x-ray, MRI, etc.
I never felt rushed, which seems to be the norm in every other Dr. office I’ve been to. Knock on wood I never have any further knee issues, but if I do, Dr. Smith is the first one I’ll be running (or limping) to.
