Relatively short wait time to see the Dr. everyone I talked with was very friendly and helpful; person taking x-ray, person who talked with me in exam room, the person who gave me the shot in my knee, the person who does the pre operation paperwork, everyone of them very friendly and helpful

My experience with Dr. Shatby himself was excellent. However, my directives to the surgical staff were ignored and as a result I ended up with hives for an antiseptic that was not supposed to be used during surgery. Also, my recovery seems to be taking longer and is more painful than normal.
