Relatively short wait time to see the Dr. everyone I talked with was very friendly and helpful; person taking x-ray, person who talked with me in exam room, the person who gave me the shot in my knee, the person who does the pre operation paperwork, everyone of them very friendly and helpful

I have been going to This facility for years and I have seen Dr Shah, Dr Strausser and now Dr. Sharma. I called and left messages for over a month to refill medication and nobody returned my calls.
I finally got a hold of Theresa and she said Dr. Sharma was out of the country and they received no messages.
Dr. Sharma is great and his medical assistant Theresa was very helpful and sweet.
Dr. Sharma called me to schedule my visit. 2/28/2023 I checked in at 9:30, my appointment was scheduled for 10:00am!! The woman who checked me in was incredibly rude and unprofessional with a very bad attitude! She was decent to the senior patients in the waiting area but not to me, I told her my appointment was scheduled at 10:00 not 11:00 snd that I could not do 11:00 but at 10:32 I approached the window and asked her how much longer? She stated your appointment is at 11:00 and kind of waved her hands in front of all the patients files she had in front of her.
I’m not sure why I have had nothing but issues with this office, maybe it’s the staff that didn’t bother to return my calls but I definitely am not having a positive experience with this staff.
Thank God Dr. Sharma and Theresa are wonderful or I would walk right out of here as I have been sitting in this waiting room for over an hour now!
I think the lady at the front needs to readjust her attitude for sure, not very welcoming.

My experience with Dr. Shatby himself was excellent. However, my directives to the surgical staff were ignored and as a result I ended up with hives for an antiseptic that was not supposed to be used during surgery. Also, my recovery seems to be taking longer and is more painful than normal.
