Both Patti and I have always been totally satisfied with our visits with DrKim. She has helped both of us manage our pain and I believe she was instrumental in helping Patti get diagnosed with cancer in time to catch the disease early enough to treat it in the necessary manner to prevent it from spreading.

Dr. Qadir was actually available today for my 1-yr. Check up from hip replacement surgery even though I had gotten a call a day or so prior and was told he would be in surgery and I had to see the PA. Since I was making a special trip from Phoenix for this, ( we had moved) I was really happy to see him. He was really nice and answered all my questions. Great DR. And he did such a great job on my hip replacement. Highly recommend him!

Updating my previous rating from 3 to 5 stars. I’m not sure where the confusion came from on my wife’s one year follow up appointment, but when she arrived she was very surprised to meet with Dr. Qadir vs the PA that she was told would see her. She is extremely pleased with her hip replacement surgery and one year progress. Dr. Qadir took all the time she needed to answer all of her questions.

Frustrating. I’m confident Dr. Qadir is a great surgeon, however his support staff is very disappointing. My wife had hip replacement surgery in May 2022 and communications on answering questions and simply returning phone calls when you say you will was terrible. A friend had recommended Dr. Qadir as his wife had a similar surgery and when we told him the multiple examples of poor follow up he could not believe it. Then our friend also had to have the same surgery and started to experience the same poor communication and lack of timely follow up. He discussed this with Dr. Qadir and some staff was replaced and our friend was told to tell us that Dr. Qadir apologized and fixed the issues. It is now one year later and we have moved to the Phoenix area and have to return to Dr. Qadir for the one year follow up exam. 24 hours before I flight is scheduled, my wife receives a phone call that Dr. Qadir will not be available as he has scheduled a surgery during her appointment. While I’m very pleased with the surgery (5 star) and my wife’s significantly improved mobility, I continue to be concerned on patient care and communications (1 star).
