Medical care is among the best. My experience with the Dr & his staff is 9 stars.
However this is why my rating is one star, the facilities is old and antiquated. Patients were packed into the waiting areas like sardines. You literally are stepping over people and feel as though you are walking thru a maze to check in. In today's environment with there being an uptick in the Covid Virus, need to post the "please wear masks" sign again. Also, I've only seen one elevator that goes up from the 1st floor to the 3rd and down again. It's small and I fear it may stop working at any time. It's awful.

Dr. Smith and staff have been exceptional for both of my surgeries!
First I had right hip replacement March 23rd, 2023 then I went back on August 16th to have left hip replaced then on 8/16/23 to
have my left hip replaced! It truly has been a GameChanger! It is nice to walk without constant pain!

I don't remember much of the surgery except I didn't wake up during the surgery, which has happened to me before. I had very little pain from the surgery only some pretty severe back pain from perhaps laying on the table? Met Dr. Qadir and remembered him on my second office visit. Super personable and very positive. He released me to put weight on my right leg and was specific about following PT's instructions and not to rush it.

Dr. Shatby is a great doctor. He knows what he is doing and I trust him completely. Everyone one else was kind and helpful. I recommend the Woodlands Sports Medicine to everyone. Thanks, Judi Lackey.

From the start Bobbi is the bomb. She had insurance handled and let me know injections were ordered. First time getting knee injections on Medicare. So easy. His PA gave me the shots and it was great. Dr Chementi checked in and said hello. Running like a well oiled machine.
